What are the arrival and departure times?
In order to best organize your stay in our gîte in Givenchy-en-Gohelle, arrivals at the gîte are scheduled from 4 p.m., while departures are scheduled for 10 a.m.
Where can I park my car?
Parking spaces are available in front of the cottage, offering great convenience for parking your car with ease.
What is your policy regarding reservation cancellations?
Cancellations are not possible, and we encourage you to plan your stay accordingly.
What payment methods are accepted to pay for the stay?
Payment for the stay can be made online when booking or in cash on arrival. Please note that credit cards on arrival and checks are not accepted. We thank you for your understanding.
What is your policy regarding early departures or extensions of stay?
We would like to inform you that early departures do not give rise to a refund, and any extension of stay will be subject to payment on site. Please take note of these conditions and do not hesitate to contact us for any necessary clarification.
How can I access to the keys of the cottage?
We ensure a welcoming presence upon your arrival. Someone will always be available to receive you personally and give you the keys to the gîte. We do not use key boxes, favoring a warm and personalized approach upon each arrival.
Do you provide basic necessities?
To ensure a pleasant stay, we provide essentials such as toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, so our guests can fully enjoy their experience without worrying about these practicalities.
